Did you know that March 16th-March 20th mark Spring Safety Week? Although the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) wants you to be prepared all year round, the National Weather System (NWS) is coming up with a new approach by helping citizens be prepared for potential extreme weather. Bad weather happens year-round.
During severe weather, knowing your “safe place” is the most essential preparedness activity to save your life from server weather. No matter where you know where to go if severe weather approaches.
